The Villa Rose is fully air-conditioned; it is also equipped with LCD satellite TVs, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, outdoor grill and deck chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker. Extra sleeping facilities include two single extendable sofa beds (90 x 200 cm).
