The Villa Peachy with a heated swimming pool is located in the embrace of Zadar in the town of Privlaka which is only 5 m away from the sea and sandy beach and 18 km from the beautiful Dalmatian town of Zadar.  The small peninsula of Privlaka, surrounded by the royal town of Nin to the east, is situated on the edge where the Dalmatian karst turns into sandy landscape of northern Dalmatia. Privlaka, with its seven kilometres of length and four kilometres of width, is a rather small, but very warm-hearted village. The first written record of Privlaka dates back to the 13th century. Numerous archeological sites dating back to the unimaginable 20 000 years B.C. reveal us its ancient history. Villa Peachy with a heated swimming pool of a residential area of 179m² extends over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor.

As you enter this interesting villa, the path leads straight to the terrace where the central place is occupied by a heated 3 x 5 m swimming pool surrounded by a stone wall for privacy. Next to the pool is a solar outdoor shower and sun loungers where you can soak up the sun’s rays. If you are looking for shelter in the shade you have a spacious parasol at your disposal. Also on the terrace is a mobile barbecue and a table ideal for socializing and enjoying Dalmatian delicacies. On the ground floor of villa Peachy is a common area for socializing. Through the glass door from the terrace we enter into the living room with comfortable sofas and a modern LCD TV. Next to the living room is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire space is decorated with paintings of nature and colorful flowers that give an extra touch of charm and warmth. There is also a shared bathroom on this floor.

On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms with double beds. One of the rooms has an en suite bathroom with shower. The other two have one double bed and one has an extendable sofa bed . These two rooms have a shared bathroom with shower.

On the second, last floor there is one bedroom with double bed and an extendable sofa bed and access to a spacious terrace with stunning views of the sea and the Adriatic islands. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
